MESLS is located
in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin, the best city in the United States. All instructors
are certified ESL and have at least Master's Degrees in related fields. MESLS has an
advantage over most ESL programs because it is a small private language school and
therefore, it can focus more attention on each student. The excellent 6:1 student to a
teacher ratio is an important benefit. Each student is able to talk with teachers on a
personal level and receive much individual attention. School facilities are excellent and

Saint Norbert
College (1898) is a private, Catholic, 4-year teaching college which offers BA and BS
degrees to over 2000 students in 40 degree programs. We are consistently ranked among the
top private colleges in the Midwest for quality, cost and value. We offer conditional
admission and merit scholarships to qualified international students.Outstanding programs
include: business, international business, CIS, math/computer science, and international
studies.The ESL Institute offers academic English programs, 8 & 16 week sessions, to
high school graduates. Students study four hours daily and may take TOEFL preparation
class and pronunciation class along with other ESL classes.... 
With an
enrollment of over 22,000 the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is the largest of ten
universities and colleges in the area. The campus is located in a quite residential
section of the city near Lake Michigan, and public transportation is easily available to
all parts of the city. The Intensive English as a Second Language Program offers
innovative, focused instruction in ESL. This non-credit program consists of 20 hours of
instruction per week and is open to any high school graduate who wishes to attain an
advanced level of English.
