offered successful programs for international students for over twenty-five years, and
welcomes students for English langauge, academic and vocational studies. At TCC, the ESL
program is an integral part of the college, not a separate language institute. Students
are issued an I-20 by TCC, which grants them full admission to the college and access to

English Program (IEP) provides a variety of English language courses that are primarily

universities. We have an American conversation partners program. We provide individual
