The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) offers more then 70 areas of study including
journalism, business, political sciece, natural science, economics, and fine arts. UNR is
consistantly listed in the "U.S News and World Report's" America's Best
Colleges. Five Pulitzer Prize winners on faculty at the Reynolds School of Journalism, and
we are ranked "Class 1" by the American Association research institution.The
Intensive English Language Center (IELC) offers four levals of instrution. There are
classes in reading, writing, listening and speaking. We have an experenced teaching staff,
all with MA or Ph.D. We offer special activitiesand trips to areas of local interest. The
